Ismageriet - the best icecream ever.

When visiting Ismageriet in Amager Copenhagen you are meet with these sweet girls, and a lot of other sweet girls, as they are very buisy out there at Ismageriet at Kongelunden serving the most fantastic home made icecream, freshly made every morning. Early every morning they start the icecream production in the little icecream lab in the bag, all with natural ingredients. That is what makes the fantastic icecream - fresh every day and good ingredients.

Together with the very creative owner Kim Simonsen I made new photos for Ismageriets homepage,
and we think they turned out quite well. Ismageriet used to be an old bakery, that Kim with great respect for the original interior turned into the little Ice bar. Ismageriet really has the atmosphere of an ice bar from the 50`s, a real gift to photographe. I can absolutely rekommend a trip out at Amager to Ismageriet, to try their fantastic icecream.

Spring time.

Spring time is getting closer. My friend Martin Reinicke from Blomsterskuret in Copenhagen has made a little spring time flower arrangement in an old bowl. So beautiful and a great idea.

New catalog from Fabric Copenhagen - luxorious plaids and pillows

The new catalogue for Fabric Copenhagen, has just been released, showing their super
deluxe plaids, bedspreads and pillows in the most soft silks and silk velvets and in breathtaking
colors.

The designer and owner Annette Egholm invites us into her universe in her new catalog.
Annette and I styled and shot her unique textiles in her own home in Charlottenlund north
of Copenhagen and included her big passion - horses.
We visited her big black horse Winston in the stables in Gentofte and he was kind enought to lend us his back for some soft plaids, though he was a little camera shy and jumpy.
We also had a great day shooting in the magical forest Dyrehaven amoung the fairytale trees.

MAX A5 - art exhibition now for the 3rd time

 

This comming Saturday 23rd November 2013 we are for the 3rd time having the art exhibition Max A5 in my old studio at værnedamsvej 7A in Copenhagen from 11 to 17. You are all so very welcome. We sell the art pieces at very low prices from Dkr. 100 to Dkr. 350,-, it is almost a give away. There are so many nice art pieces, and we are looking so much forward to Saturday.

Old classic craftsmanship - Linseed oil paint production.

It is always a great pleasure to shoot pictures in this old traditional paint fabric
Farvefabrikken Skovgaard & Frydensberg just outside Copenhagen.

Skovgaard & Frydensberg produce linseed oil paint, after old tradional methods.
Their colors can be seen all over Copenhagen on the cityes old buildings. They also deliver their handcrafted Linseed oil paint to Danish Castles, Tivioli, the green park benches and the red gates of Dyrehaven.
